Purpose of Data Processing

We process the information provided to us by users through our web platform for the following purposes:

  • Contact and Advice Forms: Respond to, manage and process requests for legal information, quotes and legal consultations in a personalized manner through any of our branches in the province of Malaga.
  • “Work with us” section: Internally manage the selection processes, job banks, and analysis of resumes of candidates interested in joining our legal team.
  • Subscriptions and Blog: Sending newsletters, legal news circulars, updates of legal content of interest or relevant news from the firm, provided that the user expressly authorizes it beforehand.

Data Retention Time

Personal data provided for specific inquiries will be kept for the time strictly necessary to resolve the legal query raised.

If a contractual relationship or professional engagement of legal services is initiated, the data will be integrated into the corresponding file and will be kept for the duration of the relationship and the legal limitation periods required by the applicable tax and procedural regulations in Spain.

Employment resumes received through the “Work with us” section will be kept for a maximum period of one (1) year for future selection processes.

The legal basis for processing your data is the consent of the interested party (Article 6.1.a of the GDPR), given explicitly, freely and unequivocally by ticking the privacy acceptance box before proceeding to send any contact form, support message or request within the website.
